The Fairtex site was okay overall, but finding the right sizes and product details took me longer than I expected. Checkout went through fine, so no real issues there, but the whole thing just feels a bit clunky to use...

I ordered gloves from fairtex and the fit was spot on. The size chart helped a lot, so you don’t have to guess too much. They weren’t too tight, and after a few sessions, you can feel them breaking in quickly.

The gear itself looks real, but the packaging had me raising an eyebrow like I was uncovering some kind of mystery. Everything seemed fine at first glance, but the way it was packed made me seriously question if it was actually legit.

The stitching started coming loose quickly, which is frustrating because it feels like the same issue all over again. I really hoped it would hold up better this time...

I bought a pair of Fairtex gloves for my Muay Thai classes, I train about 4 days a week, and overall, they’ve been solid. The padding feels good for bag work and pads, and they definitely do the job. It did take them longer to break in than I expected, though, which was a little annoying at first. After a few months, I also noticed the stitching near the thumb starting to look a bit rough. Nothing has actually come apart, but it does make me wonder how they’ll hold up long term. I’m still using them, and they train well, but for the price, I kind of expected the finish to stay cleaner for longer. Fair enough gloves, just not amazing.

It looks good and was simple enough to figure out. No ridiculous setup or confusing instructions, which I really appreciated.

I ordered from fairtex.com to Europe and everything showed up fine. The tracking worked most of the time, although there were a few days with no updates (which had me checking way too often). The package arrived in good condition and all the items were correct. It wasn’t super fast, but for international shipping, it was decent.

A few colors and sizes were sold out when I looked, which made me feel a little pressured to grab whatever was available before it disappeared too. I had a question about my order, so I reached out to Fairtex customer service. They got back to me the next day, which wasn’t bad, and I really appreciated that their reply actually answered my question instead of feeling like some generic copy-paste response. That was a relief. I’m giving 4 stars only because I do wish the first response had come a little quicker, but overall they were polite, helpful, and got everything sorted without making it a frustrating back-and-forth.

I had to exchange my gloves for a smaller size, and while it took a few days to hear back, they did get everything sorted out for me. The return process was simple and easy to follow. I’m giving 4 stars because I had to pay for shipping them back, which was a bit disappointing. Still, I’m glad it worked out in the end and I finally got the right fit...

I was dissapointed with this. It doesn’t feel like it offers much protection at all, and I wouldn’t really trust it for everyday use.

Had a problem with my gloves, so I reached out to Fairtex warranty. They ended up sorting it out and sent me a replacement part. It took a few days longer than I was hoping, but... overall, fair support and they did handle it...

I only used it a few times before the fabric started ripping, which was disappointing. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, so that part was weird.
